CUTC Summer In-Person Meeting Cancelled – CUTC Business Meeting Moved to Virtual

The Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) was recently informed that the UTC Program staff and OST-R leadership will not be holding the June 25 University Transportation Centers (UTC) Directors meeting that was to be held in conjunction with the June 24-26 Council of University Transportation Centers meeting hosted by the University of Arkansas. It is anticipated that this, coupled with the recent UTC terminations and delayed 2025-2026 UTC funding, will result in extremely low meeting attendance. Therefore, the CUTC Executive Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2025 CUTC Summer Meeting.

The Summer CUTC Business Meeting and associated 2025-26 Elections will be held virtually. An agenda and meeting links, as well as a virtual ballot, will be forwarded separately. Please mark Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 12:00 – 2:00 pm CDT in your calendars for this meeting.

The host team at University of Arkansas would like to thank everyone who registered for the meeting. The team will be working to refund all collected registration fees. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own travel and hotel reservations.
